Power door lock issues 900

I'm having a weird problem with my 1995 Volvo 940 wagon. The problem started about two months ago. When I go to open the driver's door the locks actuate and lock me out of the car. A couple of times the keys were in the car and the car was running. Luckily the spare keys were close by. Does anyone have any idea whats's going on?
