Brake lock up! 444-544

Hi, i have had this problem a few times. After the car has been standing, the first few applications of the brake have caused the front RH brake to lock up. Luckily I have a longish drive before I hit the street. After the first few applications everything seems to be OK. Is there an equalizing valve somewhere that could be sticking or could it be something else?
