'69 145 - Thinking about converting TO a BW35 140-160 1969

Everyone,

I am thinking about swapping in a BW35 automatic into my '69 145 which is currently a 4 speed car. I was interesting in getting feedback from folks who have done this before and understand what all parts will be required, as well as answer a few questions below. Thanks in advance everyone!

1.) Is the 140 shift indicator inside the cluster? I have a GT cluster in the car now which has no provisions for a shift indicator and I was hoping not to replace it :)

2.) Any special considerations for maintenance on these BW35 vs. later AW70s (my only automatic transmision maintenance experience)?

Parts list:
BW35 (preferably from a 140, not a 122, not sure if they were different?)
Driveshaft for BW35
Transmission cross-member
Torque converter/flexplate
Radiator w/ auto cooler
Kickdown cable and throttle spool
Gear shifter and appropriate linkage
Cluster w/ shift indicator (?)
Automatic pedal assembly (to remove clutch)

Thanks,
Brian
