idle speed stall 700 1991

My 740T wagon intermittantly stalls at very low speed and idle. Sometimes while coasting over a speed bump. Engine just dies, but starts up with no problems right away. It might not happen for a week - then fairly often.

Had intake manifold carbon buildup cleaned by dealer 15K miles ago. No stalling after that.

Otherwise, car runs perfectly. Any ideas
