Why won't my car go straight???? 700 88

I'm slowly getting very ticked off.

I had an alignment this past summer when I bought new tires. Apparently the Toe-in was way off and the camber was slightly off. I asked them to fix the camber, but they refused and said it cannot be done. I'm sure I saw that there was a little adjustment for camber when I changed the struts.

After the alignment, the steering wheel wasn't centred.

I just replaced a ball joint and the steering column internediate shaft. Now the car veeres to the right under 80 Km/h. I goes straight on the highway but steering is hard to control. The car will veere off in the direction you are trying to go. Also, when going slow, it is harder to turn left than right.

1. Does the steering rack have a Zero-Centre point? Shouldn't the rack be centred before an alignment is done? Would it upset the steering if the rack was not centred?

2. Could the tendancy to the right be caused by the tilt in the roads? As slight as they are?

3. Should an alignment be done after ball joint replacement?

4. Should the camber be equal on both sides? Will this ness up the aligment and cause this weirdness.

I replaced the front rotors and calipers and everything in the suspension is tight. The cone bushings are new too.

BTW: I have bled the brakes TWICE and the brake pedal is still low when braking. What now???

With all the new stuff on this car, it should ride like a dream!!!!
