Replace steering rack: straightforward? 200 1984

I need to replace my steering rack with a used one off another 84' 242 that I am junking due to dead body. I have not done any front end work but have done most everything else outside of dropping engine or tranny. Is this fairly straightforward? Do I need any special tools? Any advice for the first time doing this? Thanks ahead of time!
