Rebuilt B18 120-130 1967

Any feedback to this would be MUCH appreciated.

How much is a freshly rebuilt B18 (out of a 1968 122 wagon) engine worth?

I have seen B18/B20 engines offered for around $200-350 with unknown sources, but I have a guy who is offering an engine in a wrecked 122 with a just rebuilt B18 for $800 plus the cost of shipping. I think I would be able to track down a good engine for much less. Seems steep to me, and I am really reluctant, but a rebuilt engine sure does sound nice.
