What is below the flame trap 200 1988

List,
I have decided to clean my flame trap .
Just for the record it was above the manifold between the #3&4 intake runner.
My question is does the vessel that is below it need to be cleaned? Is removing
the two bolts that are visible at the attachment to the block all that is necessary for removal?
