Dome light...AGAIN!!! 700

My dome light failed to work again...checked the bulb, and again, this is not the problem. Is there something under the driver's side dash that controls the dome light? I did a stereo install and that involved opening the lower driver's dash and removing the amp...prehaps I knocked something loose? It worked just fine before I removed that amp.
