Bad handling 1800 1964

My 1800 handles like do-do and its getting worse. It is like riding the high seas when I'm on the highway and it takes turns like it wants to roll over. It has new shocks and I've gone through all the front-end linkages as well as the back ones and have noticed no wiggle on anything. Everything is on tight. Does anyone know if these cars have some weak spot in this area? Any thoughts? Suggestions?
