Air Flow Sensor Flap?-Getting jerked around con't 200 1984

Ok, so I forgot that oxygen/air is needed to mix with fuel in order to get a spark. Perhaps it is not fuel delivery problems at all, but the amount of air that I am getting or something wrong with the stuff that send the air to the fuel in oder to combust. In the Haynes, chapter 4, it descibes my problems as "Engine misses, hesitates or stalls under load" Books says that the cause may be AIR FLOW SENSOR FLAP BINDING OR FAULTY.
Where is the Air Flow Sensor?
OR...INTAKE AIR PREHEATING SYSTEM FAULTY. Where do I find this?
VACUUM LEAK-I checked all possible sources and all looks good.
LOW FUEL PRESSURE-Seems good there too.

Lastly, for general information. I am told that I have a B23F engine in this 245. On the metal plate under the hood, it says B28. Never heard of a B28. Is this what I have?

Thanks
