Warning chime comes on when driver's door is open. 700

Whenever I open my driver's side door, the warning chime dings like it's telling me i still have my key in the ignition (but i don't). It doesn't ding when the other 3 doors are open, just the driver's. Any thoughts?

BTW, I cleaned my throttle body and installed my new TPS today. There was almost an 1/8" thick coating of gunk in my TB - no wonder my car was struggling.
