brake fluid leaking from drum 120-130 1965

haven't taken the drum off yet to witness the horror. have lost about 1/2 of my brake fluid out of the left rear drum. brake lines ok (LA car.) Anyone have any ideas? is it the drum wheel unit cylinder or maybe just a seal? Where do I ever get a replacement?!?!? Do I need anything special to separate the drum?
