740ti Balancer Sliped or on Wrong? + unexplained vibration

Painful vibration in 740ti 2.3 turbo (89) with 100k. I recently bought... chnaged the tailshaft bushung on automatic tailshaft, had so much slop I couldn't beleive it wasn't leaking.. replaced carrier bearing, drive shaft vibration pretty much cleared up, engin still vibrates even in nutrual at 1500 and higher, in gear - the more load applied the worse the vibration (turning on AC, lights etc makes it worse at idle) .. changed motor and tranny mounts, fooled a lot with exhaust hangers... vibration some better but still anoying, especially in OD when motor is lugging or even a certain rpm's when on the flat. Recently changing plugs and for GP checked timing ....

Timing mark is no where in sight, fact is its aprox 110 degrees ahead. Now this would certainly explain the vibration... Any one ever come across a vibration damper (harmonic balencer) which had changed posistion, is it keyed to the crank? is there a ruber layer between outer and hub sections as in some of my old dodges - they where known to slip ... funny I didn't remember that... not that it probally wouldn't needa motor mounts sooner or later any way.
