Model years / B-20 versions 140-160

I'm looking for a B-20 engine for a project car. I found what was described as a 1975 140 series car with a B-20 & a 4 speed. Questions as follows...

1) Was there a 1975 model year 140 imported into the US?

2) Would the B-20F be the standard issue engine for this machine?

3) I read (on the 120 list) a post from a fellow who refered to the B-20 engine in his '75 240 as the "One Year Wonder" engine. Was he refering to the relative rarity of a pushrod engine in a 240, or was there something unique to the B-20 engine in his 240?

4) Since all I'm really in need of from this car is the engine, the rest is surplus. Is there any interest here for used parts from this machine (at a very reasonable price)?
