1) no
2) well for the '74 140 and the '75 240, yes and I think these are both the later "metric" B20, if I understand the history correctly.
3) probably the only 240 with the B20, but also the metric factor.
4) probably very little that can't be obtained from a newer car. Unless you find the ultra rare B20/M46 combo.
