Joe - with a late model B20 all you have to do for a big bore (2130cc) engine is:
1) Bore block to 92mm
2) Get a set of std B21 pistons and rings
3) Get a special head gasket (aorund $60 from KGTrimning.com)

There is a noticable increase in low end torque, and with some breathing improvements like you have planned it will also have plenty of extra power higher up in the RPM range.
