SU Throttle shaft bushing 120-130

How difficult is it to correctly rebush the throttle shaft on my shot SU carbs? What are the pitfalls to watch for? Where can I get blueprints for repair? Or can I get close enough with a precision ruler and use a mill to drill the holes? Is a drill press accurate enough? A rock and a stick? Help please!
