FUEL PROBLEM 200 1980

My 242DL was having cold start problems and rough idle before it died the other day,tore into it and found:good spark,135 psi comp.(all),cold start inj.working,fuel pressure seems ok (no pressure gauge but squirts out of cold inj. nicely). So I pulled #1 & #2 injectors-no fuel spray when engine is cranked,unhooked fuel lines and elect. to control pressure regulator-fuel sprayed from inj's. when cranked and fuel came out of line to control reg.
