FUEL PROBLEM 200 1980

Air flap moves freely,it doesn't hit the housing.What does your manual say about the adjustment that you make through the small hole on top of the air flow sensor assembly?I need a starting point.

I've about given up on this problem and sent her to the boneyard!!
