240 Overheating ?? 200

'87 245 sat for 2 years in the northeast. Started up fine, drives well but the temp gauge goes red. I changed the oil and new thermostat. New Antifreeze. Jiggled the sensor wires. Squeeze the hoses and the fluid moves into the reservoir. Nothing blocking the radiator like leaves or bugs. What's next?

Thanks
