'87 760 - To Accept or Not, That is the Question 700

I have been around the 200 series board here for awhile on behalf of my '83 245 but today I have a 700 question.
I have an opportunity to pick up an 87 760 with issues for essentially $0 US and am trying to decide if it is worth the trouble.
I will know more after I look at it tomorrow, but but what I am guessing from the story I have been told is that it overheated and the timing belt snapped.
200,000 miles, possibly no rust / unconfirmed, but the body is not perfect and the interior shows it's mileage.
So far I know it will need exhaust (how far forward I don't know), headgasket / cooling system overhaul, some miscellaneous interior bits, and god knows what lies in the turbo/intercooler.
The plan would be to do almost all of the work myself. I did the headgasket on my 240 last year (b23f) but I don't know how much complexity the turbo adds.
I have a vague list in my head of the kinds of things that go wrong/wear out on 240's between 175 and 200,000, but am wondering what I don't know to look for/worry about for a 760.
Thanks for any comments
Joe
