weird power steering vibration 200 1991

This weird problem just started after I bled my brake system. If I turn the wheel while not moving that fast... I get a strong vibration through the steering wheel. The only things I have really done in the past day was the upper GT braces and bleeding the brakes. What could have caused this.. and what could fix it?
