heater won't shut off and onlyblows cold 900

Hi everyone,
As usual, I probablyfound something unheard of but here goes....
Myh wife came home today saying that the heater wasn't working but I went out and started her up to find that the fan will not shut off or change speed at all unless I pull the fuse??? Also, there is no temperature change regardless of where it's set and she blows full speed cold air only. Lastly, the lights on the a/c and recirc buttons are out??? Thanks in advance :-)
