What's normal oil consumption for B230F engine? 200

I have a 87 245 115,500 miles. I got the car with 112,500 miles and a full oil level. Now the oil level is mid way between min and max. It doesn't leak.
I have been driving it very gently (some 70 mph highway driving I live in CA don't want to get run over), needs trans & engine mounts, radiator. Is 1/2 quart normal for 3,000 miles?
