Timing belt job this weekend 900 1992

Going to change the t-belt on the 960 this weekend. I can change the belt on my 240 in 2 hours. I know of the info given on the 700-900 faq. I am looking for tips on those that have recently replaced their belt. One thing I seem to be running into is others mentionng the ideler pullys and of course the tensioner. Any one out there ever had an idler pully go bad?
