Timing belt job this weekend

How is that water pump?, it would be the right time to change that too. There have been failures of water pumps that can cause timing belts to self destruct. I just did my tb at 200k, went ahead and changed the tensioner, the tensioner pulley and the idler pulley, both were making a little noise on a cold start.
