bolting on a turbo?? 200 1986

Is it possible to bolt a turbo onto a b-23 engine? I would really like to keep the great engine i have, but with turbo power. Would there be any risks with doing this, if it's possible? I don't want to over stress my engine (anymore than a turbo normally would). Thanks guys, Mike
