Heated Seats 200 1987

Ok heres the deal. My '87 240 wagon has heated seats but the lights on the switches nor the heat in the seats come on. I've done a generic check of the connections but failed to find anything wrong. My Wifes 89 740 does the same thing but at least her switch-lights come on but still no heat for her either. Any possible solutions? Thanks!
