Washer jet problems 200 1986

my brick wagon's washer fluid jets are constipated!!! my supply tank is full, so i know that's not the problem.

the tailgate jet does not work whatsoever. the wiper blade moves as if it should be working, but no fluid comes out. my hood jets put barely any fluid out. just enough to seep out and leave a blue puddle on my hood. is there a chance my washer pumps are weak? or is this just a simple hose-clog problem?
