fault codes, help, 89 740 non turbo 700

my check engine light is always on, even after a reset (one second clear then a light). car runs fine, but plugs show that i'm running rich. codes are 231 and 232. do I have the right ECU? mine is a 951 and I think it should be a 561. previous owner was also having trouble. I've changed AMM, O sensor, fuel press. reg, cold start sol. all to no relief. any help appreciated!!!
