How wide can I go 900

I own a 91 940t with the 16 in saw blade rims. I currently have 205/55/16 Bridgestone Potenza's RE950. I was wondering if anyone knew off hand how wide of a tire will accomdate this car. Two things I have in mind I dont want any rubbing and I dont wanna throw off the Speedo, mainly because of the ABS most of all. Thanks in advance for your help fellow bricksters. TTYL-Joey
