STICKY IGNITION SWITCH REMOVAL 700

How do I remove the ignition key cylinder??
Now just about everytime i start the car the key seems to stick on the on/start positon and does not spring back. So i want to remove the whole cylinder and take it aparrt clean and maybe replace springs ( is that doable?)
