140 steering hub change 140-160

I'm trying to sell my R-sport wheel for a 140. I have a buyer lined up but he wants to be sure it will fit his car. Problem is, I never installed this on a car. I bought planning to put it on one when I bought a rolling chassis. So was there a steering wheel hub change? And what year did this occur?
