140 steering hub change 140-160

My bad; according to volvoworld there was one. Anyhow, I'd guess
that a 69 1800 is like a 68 not a 70. The difference would be in
which dashboard and steering wheel they've got (3 spoke bakelite vs
2 spoke metal).
A 69 1800 would be wacky because it would be the only model year
with a B20B instead of B20E/F.
