Fuel Pressure Regulator Question 700 1989

Greetings,
The rubber hose from the fuel pressure regulator to the throttle on my 760T (B230FT) is looking very worn and I've never worked on fuel system components. Is there fuel or fuel pressure to be concerned with when replacing the hose? If anyone has experience with this repair and can provide a "How to", I'd appreciate any and all info.

I've done water pumps, timing belts, rotors and pads, diagnosed a bad AMM, etc. so I'm hoping this repair will be within my abilities.

Your replies are much appreciated....
