NOT in trim section- Help! 700

does anyone know how to get the trim pieces between the front ashtray and stick (surrounding the fuse block) off? I've taken all the other trim off but cant seem to find a way to get at the screws. Do I have to take the fuse block ect. out? I did the whole interior white and this last piece really stands out. Thanks
