What ignition system does my car have? 700 1991

I am trying to figure out how to properly adjust my throttle position switch and need to know if I have the LH Jetronic 2.4 - 1991 745 Turbo. If not, what? I know it is not Regina because I have the round (cylendrical) coil.

When the throttle position switch is properly adjusted, it should not be what stops the throttle plate at idle, should it? I thought the stop screw was for that.

I continue to be baffled by trying to make these things work right. I am sure I have missed something, but my idle persists at being somewhere around 600.
