Wagon toss up? S90-V90 1997

OK, I am trying to determine whether to hunt-down a 1994 or 1995 945 Turbo vs. a '97 or '98 V90. (I actually saw, again, a *seductive* v70 XC from 2000(older 'boxy') but can't deny the 90/900 wagons have more cargo room, and DON'T have bevel gears.) Actually, I think I know which way I'd go, but want get input from you. (945 vs. V90 that is, leaving the v70 XC aside for the moment.)
