945, no question. The S/V90s, only based on my experience, are substantially more complicated than the 940 series cars and seem to have ongoing problems. My ex-S90 was plagued with brake problems, oil leaks, sunroof failures, front end issues and other annoyances including the door panel wrinkle nonsense. You'll sleep better with a 945 in the garage.
