fuel pressure regulator - replace 200 1992

I have a 1992 240 wagon -- and I think I may need to replace the fuel pressure regulator? The car runs great, and stalls only when I go and run a few errands and start and stop the car.

Where is this located and does any one have any directions on how to do this myself?
