Engine Vibrates at Idle 700 1989

I have a 740GL 1989. 211,000 miles. It was running great and then after a stop, I start it up and it has a horrible vibration and doesn't sound to well. It has new spark plugs, fresh oil and high test gasoline. It has plenty of power and will drive, but the vibration exist. The vibration occurs wether the vehicle is stopped or moving and is worse between 1500-2000 RPM. It is a very noticable vibration and literally rattles the entire interior of the vehicle. It also doesn't sound to healthy when starting.

Any suggestions ...
