Timing Belt & Lambda light 200 1984

I have a 1984 GL, B23F engine. I am thinking about changing the timing belt myself. How difficult is it? How difficult is it to remove the pulley (harmonic balancer?)? Does it require a puller? How can I hold it while I try to break the fastener(s) loose?
My other problem is the Lambda light. How can I reset it?
