Broke bolt off in aluminum head. wait it's worse.... 700

I broke off a bolt for a Tbelt idler in my 16 valve head. I tried using an EZ out to extract it. I broke the EZ out off inside the hole within 10 minutes. I have a flush hole with the ezout/bolt buried 1/16" deep. No drill bit will touch that ezout. I figured I'd better stop before I screw anything else up.
