It took a buddy and his mig welder, 4 hours and 6 beers (Bass) a dremel tool and numerous hardware store runs, But I got it out. It's not pretty. I had to grind back about 1/4" of the aluminum pulley mount to get it to let go. I plan on running a bolt all the way through and shimming it up with welded washers. It's the only way without pulling the head and it's not THAT bad.

That was a hard learned lesson. What I learned I don't know.
