Door Locks 200 1984

Need some tips on where to start on trouble shooting my door lock problem. When trying to lock my doors by depressing the driver door lock, the other locks move only slightly. If I repeatedly depress the drivers door lock I can get the doors to lock, but when I shut the drivers door they all open up (the drivers door remains locked).
