One more A/C question 700

Thanks for the previous replies to my A/C questions. I have one more. After driving for an hour at highway speed, I stopped the car ( with A/C still running) and the accumulator was covered with ice even though the air inside was running about 42 degrees. Also the suction side of the compressor had ice forming on the metal parts.

I assume this is not normal ? Does this mean I am overcharged or undercharged ? It would seem that I have refrigerant evaporating in the return line.

Thanks,
R Duke
