The Volvo R134 conversion kit comes with a premeasured amount of oil. I think it was about 6.5 oz if I recall correctly. It also comes with the accumulator. I actually cleaned all of the old mineral oil out of the evaporator using an A/C flush solution. I removed it and turned it upside down. Quite a bit comes out. Since I put a new condenser on the car there was no oil in it either. I am curious what your low side pressure is, and whether or not yours cycles. Mine never cycles since the pressure does not drop enough. Oh, by the way I have a new pressure sensor on the accumulator too. I am going to wait until I install a new electric fan that I ordered and do some more testing. Thanks for the info.
