One more A/C question 700

Low side pressure at 45 or so...and nope, it doesn't cycle. Those numbers I gave you come straight from Volvo Service Manuals. Unfortunately, I think you really need to get the system empty and vaccuumed again, and recharge with 2oz of oil, and 2.5 cans of freon. It should be tons (measured in ounces) happier. Once the fan goes on...ectastic even.
