Does anybody know of a site with good and complete instructions on what to do about small bits of surface rust? What is the best option? Sandblast and complete repaint? Or some other method? Elbow grease with something to take the rust off and then touch up? Is it possible to get the same colour yellow anymore? So far it's just small bits. But I have to start taking care of it now before it gets out of hand.
